Job Title: Caregiver for a Senior Living Facility (FT/PRN 1st/3rd Shift)

Description:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers at our Senior Living facility. Caregivers are responsible for providing assistance and support to elderly residents in various activities of daily living. This includes helping with personal care, medication management, meal preparation, housekeeping, and other tasks as needed. 

-Full Time and PRN available with 12 hour shifts typically three days on, three days off

-Day and Night Shifts: 6 to 6

-The Rose at Round Rock is a firm believer in promoting within the company. This position has potential to promote to Med Tech.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medication to residents as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare and serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and preferences
- Help residents with mobility and transfer assistance as needed
- Provide companionship and social interaction to residents to promote overall well-being
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
- Document and report any changes in residents' condition to nursing staff or management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift and move residents as needed
